Pastor. Dr. Flora Gooding-Davies is the founder and CEO of Living Springs Women’s Empowerment Center (LSWEC). She was born to Christian parents both of whom served in various leadership roles in the church. She walked in the footprints of her mother Gladys S. Gooding whom pioneered the first all Christian girls and women’s organizations in Lumley, Sierra Leone. Therefore, she was thought the things of the Lord at an early age. Pastor. Dr. Flora Gooding-Davies participated in various women’s organizations since her childhood and served in different capacities.
She became a born again Christian in 2015 and made the things of the Lord her priorities. Despite being ridiculed by some friends and relations because of lifestyle changes, she continued to serve Lord. She knew the benefits of serving the Lord whole heartedly (Exodus 23:25-33). She had been given a mirage of prophesies regarding her spiritual journey by men and women of God.
Her spiritual life transformation began from her trip to Israel in 2018. It was after returning from that trip, that she had an encounter with the Holy Spirit whom gave her a precise map of her purpose in life and timeline. She routinely saw and heard from a certain man in radiant glittering white whose face she hasn’t seen till to date. The Holy Spirit informed and directed Pastor Flora Gooding-Davies to her mentor whom she never know that resides in another continent.
Pastor. Dr. Flora Gooding-Daviessurrendered everything including her career to walk this journey. She spent time in seclusion seeking the face of the Lord through prayers, fasting and delving through the bible. It was during this period she combed through and completed reading the entire bible. She saw the bible came to life with new interpretations, inspirations and wisdom. Her spiritual gifts as seen in 1 Corinthians 12 were activated. It was during this period the Lord made three covenants with her. One of the scriptures that was given to her by this certain man in white was Matthew 6:33 “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” Her family was elated as they watched and observed her transformation unfolded.
At the end of 2019, the Holy Spirit released her to resume her professional career with specifications. One of which was to be silent about her transformation as He continues to work in and with her. Additional instruction was that; she will be informed when He is ready to introduce her to the world.
Dr. Flora Gooding-Davies graduated from the Prophetic School of Ministry in Johannesburg, South Africa in 2021. She is an ordained Pastor and is ready to sojourn in her calling.
